Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Prova Endurance, provided by Tessarolli Bike Shop Indústria e Comércio de Bicicletas Ltda (CNPJ 38.438.179/0001-36), Lins, SP, Brazil. By creating your athlete in the app you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy. Effective date: 23 September 2026.

What Prova Endurance is

Prova Endurance is an endurance coaching service you use through an AI client that speaks the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Prova Endurance keeps your training state, computes figures from it, and offers tools your client uses to coach you. Prova Endurance runs no AI model itself: what your client says is produced by your client.

Price

Prova Endurance is free for athletes. If that ever changes, it will not apply to what you already use.

Not medical advice

Prova Endurance and the coaching your AI client gives you are not medical advice and are not a substitute for a doctor. Training carries risk of injury and illness. Check with a physician before starting or changing a training program, stop when something feels wrong, and use your own judgement about every session. You train at your own risk.

Your AI client and connected services

You choose your AI client and any service you connect, such as intervals.icu. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to them, and Prova Endurance is not responsible for what they do. AI clients can be wrong: read proposals before you accept them.

Your account and your data

• Your data is yours. You give Prova Endurance permission to process it only to provide the service, as the Privacy Policy describes.
• Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what is done through your account and through AI clients you authorize.
• You can delete your account at any time from the app.

Acceptable use

Do not attack, overload, or try to access other people's data through Prova Endurance, and do not upload files you have no right to. We may suspend an account that does.

No warranty

Prova Endurance is provided as it is, without guarantees of availability or accuracy. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under Brazilian law.

Trademarks and attribution

intervals.icu is a third-party service; Prova Endurance uses its API with your permission. Garmin is a trademark of Garmin Ltd. or its subsidiaries; data from Garmin devices may reach Prova Endurance through the files and services you connect. Other product names are trademarks of their owners. Prova Endurance is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; we will change this page and its effective date, and tell you by email when a change is material. These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. If you live in the European Union, you also keep the protections the GDPR and your local consumer law give you. Questions: privacy@provaendurance.com.
