Privacy

Prova Endurance is an endurance coach you talk to through your own AI client. This page says what Prova Endurance holds about you, why, who can see it, and how to have all of it deleted. Effective date: 23 September 2026.

The short version

  • We never sell your data.
  • We do not share it with anyone you did not choose. It reaches only the services you connect (your data source and your AI client) and people you give access to.
  • Prova Endurance runs no AI model of its own. The reasoning happens in the AI client you pick, which is why that client receives your data.
  • You can delete your account and your data yourself, at any time, from the app.

What we hold

  • Your account. Your name and email from Google sign-in, and the date and way you first arrived at the site.
  • Your athlete profile. The name you choose, date of birth, sex, and time zone, which you give when you create your athlete.
  • Your training. The activity files you upload or that come from a service you connect, including the original files, and what Prova Endurance computes from them: duration, distance, power, heart rate, cadence, speed, altitude, laps, training load and effort curves.
  • Your health and wellness data. Such as weight, sleep, resting heart rate, heart rate variability and soreness, when you provide it or when it comes in an export or a connected service.
  • What you tell your coach. Your answers to the intake, notes and statements you make, your training plan, and the coaching decisions you accept or decline.
  • Connection credentials. If you connect intervals.icu, the access token it grants Prova Endurance.

Training and health data are sensitive personal data under Brazil's data protection law (LGPD, Art. 11) and health data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Art. 9). We process them only with your specific, explicit consent, given in the app when you create your athlete.

Why we hold it

For one purpose: to coach you. Prova Endurance keeps your training history and state so your AI client can read it, reason about it, propose sessions and plans, and send workouts to your devices. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it.

Who can see it

  • You.
  • The AI client you connect. When you ask it to coach you, it reads your data through Prova Endurance's tools. Its provider, the company that runs that client, receives what it reads and handles it under its own privacy policy. You choose that client, and you can disconnect it by signing out of it.
  • The services you connect. If you connect intervals.icu, Prova Endurance reads your activities and wellness from it and can send planned workouts to it. You can disconnect it at any time from the Integrations page, which also revokes Prova Endurance's access on intervals.icu.
  • Our sign-in service. Sign-in runs through our identity service with Google. It holds only your Google name and email.
  • People you give access to. No one today. If Prova Endurance later lets you invite a human coach, they will see what you grant them, and only after you grant it.

Where it is kept

Your data is stored in a database and a file store run by Prova Endurance on its own servers, not by a cloud data vendor, in Brazil. The AI client you choose may be run by a company in another country; what it reads goes there because you connected it.

Cookies

The app uses two cookies, both needed for it to work: one keeps you signed in, and one protects your actions from cross-site forgery. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account from the Account page in the app. Deletion removes everything listed under "What we hold": your profile, training, health data, files, plans, decisions, connection credentials and your account records, and it revokes Prova Endurance's access on intervals.icu. It cannot be undone.

What remains: our sign-in service keeps your Google name and email, so you can sign in again later (you would start with an empty account). Database backups rotate every 7 days, so deleted data is gone from them within 7 days of deletion.

Your rights

Under LGPD and GDPR you may ask us to confirm whether we process your data, give you access to it or a copy in a portable format, correct it, restrict or object to its processing, delete it, tell you who we share it with, and revoke your consent. Revoking consent means deleting your account, since Prova Endurance cannot coach without the data. You may also complain to a data protection authority: the ANPD in Brazil, or the authority where you live in the EU. Write to privacy@provaendurance.com and we will answer.

The data controller is Tessarolli Bike Shop Indústria e Comércio de Bicicletas Ltda (CNPJ 38.438.179/0001-36), Lins, SP, Brazil, which operates Prova Endurance. Contact: privacy@provaendurance.com.

Changes to this page

If we change this policy, we will update this page and its effective date, and tell you by email when the change affects what we hold or who sees it.
