Prova Endurance lives inside your AI app. You add it once, then talk to your coach in any chat, on your computer or your phone.

Step 1

Add Prova Endurance to your AI app

Claude

Any plan, including free (one custom connector on the free plan). Add it on the web or desktop; it then works in the phone app too.

  1. Open claude.ai or the Claude desktop app.
  2. Go to Customize, then Connectors, then + and Add custom connector.
  3. Name it Prova Endurance if asked, paste this address, and click Add: 
    https://api.provaendurance.com/mcp
  4. Sign in with Google when asked.
  5. In a chat, open +, then Connectors, and switch Prova Endurance on.

ChatGPT

Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise or Education, on the web. Not the free plan.

  1. Open Settings, then Security and login, and turn on Developer mode.
  2. Go to chatgpt.com/plugins and select the + button.
  3. Name it Prova Endurance and enter this address as the endpoint: 
    https://api.provaendurance.com/mcp
  4. Create the connection and sign in with Google when asked.
  5. In a new chat, add Prova Endurance from the tools menu.

Gemini

A personal Google account, 18 or over, in the US, in English. Add it on the web; it then works in the phone app too.

  1. Open gemini.google.com on a computer.
  2. Click Settings, then Connected Apps, then Add a custom app.
  3. Enter this address and click Next: 
    https://api.provaendurance.com/mcp
  4. Follow the on-screen steps and sign in with Google.
  5. In a chat, type @ and pick Prova Endurance.

Le Chat

Custom connectors are on every plan, including free.

  1. Open Connectors, click + Add Connector, and switch to the Custom MCP Connector tab.
  2. Name it ProvaEndurance (no spaces allowed) and enter this address as the Server URL: 
    https://api.provaendurance.com/mcp
  3. Click Connect and sign in with Google when asked.

Claude Code

Run this once, then sign in with Google when asked:

claude mcp add --transport http prova https://api.provaendurance.com/mcp

Another MCP client? Add https://api.provaendurance.com/mcp as a remote server: Streamable HTTP, OAuth 2.1 with dynamic client registration.

Step 2

Start a chat

With Prova Endurance switched on, say something like "Coach me." It starts with a short interview about you and your goal.

Step 3

Bring your training, if you have any

Connect intervals.icu, or import your Garmin Connect export, from Integrations in the Prova Endurance app. No history? Skip this. Prova Endurance starts carefully and says where it is guessing.
